Jaci Carpinella & Duane Hendrickson each play a key role in making certain that slip owners and boat owners enjoy their The Bluffs Marina experience. Chris Baker is involved "behind the scenes" dealing primarily with vendors who provide support services for the marina. This "team" works hard for a wonderful audience that includes slip owners and boat owners, as well as condominium residents at The Bluffs Marina.

Jaci has a strong background in customer relations. She has been around the yachting scene for many years. Carpinella, after high school, started first working as an office assistant in a brokerage firm during the 90's - then graduated into a role as an administrative assistant coordinating boat "stuff" for brokers and boat owners. 2008 marks Carpinella's 6th year working at The Bluffs Marina where she is responsible for a number of responsibilities and handles a wide range of duties to ensure slip ownership and berthing experience at facility is hassle free.

Duane is no stranger to boating, either. He and his wife navigated the eastern seaboard for years on their boat(s) before retiring. They started making the trip north/south from Connecticut to Florida on their Hatteras in the early 90's - then chose The Bluffs Marina as a permanent port of call eight (8) years ago. Hendrickson accepted an invitation to work part time around the marina a few years back and his role has "evolved" into a full time position. His attention to detail, laid back personality and readiness to solve an issue is appreciated by all.

This staff is focused on providing a premier setting from which client's can enjoy their South Florida boating experience. Their collaborative effort has been and continues to be well received by slip owners and boat owners as well as condominium residents who all desire a nice, clean, friendly marina atmosphere to enjoy.
