Dockage Rates 
Effective March 1, 2008 dock rent fees for slip space will be charged as follows:

Payment is due in full on arrival, no later than the start date of contract for term of lease.
Signed contract and credit card on file required. Client can pay monthly/rent for each month during span of contract. Payment is due on the first day of each month.
Client has the option to pay the entire balance due for term of contract on start date of contract and receive 10% discount.
12 month term $25.20/ft/month = $0.83/ft/day
6 month term $34.20/ft/month = $1.13 ft/day
Dockage charges are based on a 50Ft. minimum length and subject to 6.5% Florida Sales Tax. Water is included in dock rent rate at no additional cost to slip occupant. Electric, Telephone & Cable are billed seperately directly to slip occupant from utility provider.
**Monthly dockage subject to slip availability and based on 30 day period - no prorating. No discounts.
